I looked out with a justle, the still in voom, voom, voom,
the lights on, however, I could not find the driver of
voom, voom, voom… I panicked into the waiting night,
hoping to see an image of voom, voom, voom. “Oh my god”,
I exclaimed, there is an invisible driver, driving the car,
or are my eyes playing tricks on me… Ever since my
delicate eyes, changed from hazel to midnight blue, I have
had miraculous seeing, from my midnight blue eyes… Surely,
I am not insane or has the ganja blinded my eyes for the
umpteenth time…

Suddenly, the door of a car opened, I still could not see
who  the driver of voom, voom, was, but I saw a frame, what
is that, I asked my mind? My mind went blank on a 90% triangle.
.. I am in shocked, right in front of my eyes is a frame,
“oh, hold on”, still trying to make out what the frame of the
voom, voom, voom was. My face, pressed on the glass window
in front of me, I had to do that, should in – case it’s the
ganja effect, playing tricks on me again. I honestly do not
smoke ganja, I only inhale…

I took a good look, it wasn’t a frame, after all, it was a man,
tall, light, he had no color, just the color of the natural
light of the heavens… I looked closer, the gold colored man
was changing into a different color, but it was a color I
loved… I smiled, took a step back from the window, and it
occurred to me, it was my brother. I lost him long time ago,
to the sound of voom, voom, voom…

My brother happens to be me. A reflection of the golden child…
I rushed downstairs, we touched, and I found me, and we became
one to the sound of VOOM, VOOM, VOOM…

I strolled to the Lake, a pretty

Lake, with a heart, I was in

ecstatic at nature, the beauty

of the Lake captivating to

the eyes. Only those with

true wisdom would appreciate.

 

I slowed my pace, I marvelled and walked

into the Alleyway of the Lake, I saw signs of

Treasures, a smile played on my lips,

as I felt I was day dreaming on a lazy

afternoon, except, it was real. I took

the first Treasure, I caressed it and found

Sweets, and I laughed, and wondered,

“Since when did Sweets become Treasures?”

I chuckled in wonders delights.

 

I danced and strolled, I came upon

the next Treasure, it was Bread, I laughed

aloud and wondered “what happened to

the Gold and Diamonds?” I eyed the sky,

I took charge of my sense of humour.

I grinned and walked home and pretended

unconcerned with the Treasures in the Alleyway,

of the pretty Lake, I strolled, on my way out

of the Alleyway, into the streets, I encountered

the last Treasure, curiosity got hold of me, I

opened the Treasure, and saw a smiling face,

it made me happy, and happiness became

mine.

Hello my name is Rose,

I am a Rose with the

Rainbow colours.  I

am a beautiful Rose,

which is rare in your

Garden, except I do exist.

I am hidden away from                                                                              

prying eyes, my creator

is afraid I will be plucked

and exploited.

 

I have thorns as your

normal day to day Roses,

my thorns are different,

from ordinary Roses,

in your Garden. My

thorns do not hurt, it looks

sharp, except when you

move closer to me, my

thorns softens, as not

to hurt you.

Occasionally, when I am

out in the Garden, people

are afraid to touch me,

they exclaimed, “What

a beautiful Rose”! But

they don’t come nearer

to me, which breaks my

Petals into my creator’s

Garden, I have been told

I will wither away, as

I am too beautiful and

no one will want me.

 

This makes me cry in my

Flower pot. I counted my

tears today, and I counted a

million tears from my Petal,

I always need water, as

I always cry.

As I lay on my Mat,

the clock ticks,

tic tic, I stopped

to listen to the

sound of the

clock on my wall,

in the silence of

the night.

 

Tic tic, I heard

a voice from

my clock, which

tells me, time is

too precious to waste.

I am estranged by the

clock on my wall.

 

Vuuu Vuu, the wind

of the night sings,

I grinned, hoping the

wind will continue

to sing to it’s own voice.

 

Silence beholds the night,

the wind has stopped,

the clock on my wall

still ticking away into

the night. I am afraid of

time, fear would not let me

look at the time, should

in – case I am too late

to make the journey with

the wind of tomorrow.
