Mama’s Garden

 

Clothed in my new clothing,

on the way to the Ball, I

waited for my Prince to

companion me to the Ball,

at Mama’s place, in

my fineries I stood,

waiting, the time seemed

endless. I waited outside

in Mama’s Garden.

 

I lost sensibilities of my

scene, as I walked

around mama’s garden,

It seemed new, here I am,

encircled by beautiful

Flowers, the scents of the

Flowers caught my nostrils

I breathe in the smell of Roses

and my thoughts took me to

Wonderland, I forgot at

that moment I was leaving

for the ball with my

Prince.

 

My face caught the sun,

I looked up into in the sky,

and saw my reflection,

I was lost for words, as I

saw a shadow of my face in

the sky, amazing, I thought, this is

a miracle, I am meant to be at

the Ball and my face is a shadow

in the sky, what could this mean?

 

It then occurred to me, that I was in the

Garden of Eden, I was not going to

Mama’s ball, I was deceased and my

Ghost was starring me in the eyes.
