Rainbow Rose

Hello friends, welcome to my haven of Poetries. It is nice and bright today in London; the Sun is out, nevertheless still a cold Weather, which I don’t mind, as I do love winter, lol… I wish you joy in your life and if this is your first time, you are also very welcome and please don’t forget you are forever welcome…

Hello my name is Rose,

I am a Rose with the

Rainbow colours.  I

am a beautiful Rose,

which is rare in your

Garden, except I do exist.

I am hidden away from                                                                              

prying eyes, my creator

is afraid I will be plucked

and exploited.

 

I have thorns as your

normal day to day Roses,

my thorns are different,

from ordinary Roses,

in your Garden. My

thorns do not hurt, it looks

sharp, except when you

move closer to me, my

thorns softens, as not

to hurt you.

Occasionally, when I am

out in the Garden, people

are afraid to touch me,

they exclaimed, “What

a beautiful Rose”! But

they don’t come nearer

to me, which breaks my

Petals into my creator’s

Garden, I have been told

I will wither away, as

I am too beautiful and

no one will want me.

 

This makes me cry in my

Flower pot. I counted my

tears today, and I counted a

million tears from my Petal,

I always need water, as

I always cry.
